S.H.I.E.L.D asks Captain America for his help. The Agecny's ESP division has come under attack. Snowfall, a powerful telepath is being held prisoner at fortress Dovecote, at "the top of the world." Snowfall telepathically contacts Captain America, telling her location and asking him to rescue her. Cap promptly sets out on this mission.
